Stihl TS420 Description

The STIHL TS 420 Cutquik is the all-purpose 14-inch cut-off machine professionals rely on for daily road construction and landscaping work. Powered by the same 4.40 HP STIHL 2-stroke engine as the TS 410, the TS 420 handles the larger 14-inch (350mm) cutting wheel for cuts up to 4.9 inches deep through concrete, asphalt, stone, and structural materials.

X2 Air Filtration enters air into the filter housing in a swirling cyclone motion, removing 80% of dust particles before they reach the primary and secondary filters. Up to 99.96% cleaning efficiency with filters that can last up to a year, cutting maintenance interruptions on busy job sites. IntelliCarb automatically adjusts the air-fuel ratio as the filter loads, maintaining correct engine RPM without operator intervention.

ElastoStart reduces pull-cord effort with a built-in shock absorber. Semi-automatic belt tensioning maintains consistent belt tension for extended belt and bearing life. A water connection with quick connector enables wet cutting for dust control when required. An abrasive wheel is included; a diamond wheel is sold separately. STIHL commercial warranty.
