At the core of the TS 410 is STIHL’s X2 Air Filtration System, which eliminates the daily maintenance burden that slows down competing machines. Outside air enters in a swirling motion, removing 80% of dust before it reaches the primary filters. The total system achieves 99.96% cleaning efficiency, allowing filters to last up to a year under normal cutting conditions. Less time changing filters means more time cutting.

The IntelliCarb™ Compensating Carburetor automatically adjusts the air/fuel ratio as the filter loads up, maintaining correct engine RPM and consistent cutting performance throughout the filter’s service life. The ElastoStart™ handle reduces the shock of compression during start-up, making repeated starts easier on the operator.

STIHL’s anti-vibration system minimizes vibration transmitted to the operator’s hands, reducing fatigue during extended concrete or steel cutting sessions. A water connection with shut-off valve and quick connector supports wet cutting to suppress dust. Semi-automatic belt tensioning extends belt and bearing life without manual adjustment.
