Compact and built for operations where a skid-mount configuration makes more sense than a trailer, the SCAG Skid-Mount Truck Loader produces 3,075 CFM through a 20-inch, 4-blade welded-steel impeller. Powered by an 18 HP Briggs & Stratton Vanguard engine with a 1.75-gallon engine-mounted metal fuel tank, it fits smaller crews and residential landscape contractors who need commercial-grade loading performance without the weight and footprint of a tow-behind.

Four-inch steel skid risers with fork pockets provide multiple mounting points and remove entirely to adapt to different truck bed configurations. An optional swing-away hitch-mount lets the loader pivot clear for dumping or debris removal from the truck bed, a feature only available on the TLS20-18BV. A quick-detach hose system simplifies daily transport, storage, and cleaning.

A replaceable 10-inch beveled steel intake nozzle feeds a 120-inch thermoplastic hose, routing debris via a 7-inch clear discharge tube. Bolt-in 1/4-inch wear liners extend housing life and a removable rear cover opens fast impeller access. Two-year commercial and two-year non-commercial warranty.

20" 4-Blade Welded Steel Impeller
Dynamically balanced 3/8-inch thick blades in a 6-inch housing move debris through efficiently while keeping vibration and engine stress low.
10" Beveled Intake Nozzle
Comes with a replaceable 10-inch beveled steel nozzle, 120-inch thermoplastic hose, and 7-inch clear discharge tube for commercial leaf pickup.
Replaceable Wear Liner System
Bolts in 1/4-inch wear liners to extend housing life and lower service costs. A removable rear cover opens fast access to the impeller for scheduled maintenance.
Locking Transport System
Secures the boom arm with a transport lock; a nozzle pin locks the intake hose to prevent movement during transport and storage between job sites.
