Honda is known for quality products and good customer service. For every new equipment purchase registered with Honda, you receive a distributor’s limited warranty. If mowers are purchased for private residential use, the warranty covers 24 months on HRC series mowers, 36 months on HRS and HRR series, and 60 months on HRX series. The commercial warranty covers 3 months for the HRS, HRR, and HRX series. For the HRC series, the commercial warranty is 24 months on the engine and 12 months on everything else.

Flexible Mowing
One of the key traits that sets Honda mowers apart from the competition is the Versamow system on HRX series walk-behinds. This system lets you choose between mulching, bagging, discharge, or leaf-shred settings. You can even use the Clip Director to mulch and bag at the same time while also controlling how much grass is mulched and how much is bagged. This lets you mulch without leaving clumps even when the grass is wet or overgrown.
The one down-side to HRX series mowers is that the superior features make them more expensive than many other walk-behinds. Opting for a less-expensive Honda mower still gets you many great mowing options, though. The HRR series mowers come standard with rear bagging, mulching, and rear discharge, and the commercial HRC series mowers come standard with mulching, bagging and optional side discharge. The least-expensive models in the HRS series don’t bag, but still offer mulching with side discharge.
